PLM Application Expert

• 7+ years of experience in Teamcenter, 3DX, or Windchill application development and configuration of various modules, both on-premise and cloud-based.
• Strong expertise in Java, C++; Mendix is a plus.
• Demonstrable experience in PLM configuration, customization, and integrations with enterprise applications within IT/OT.
• Proven ability to perform root‑cause analyses and implement effective solutions for complex technical problems.
• Strong understanding of workflow configuration and optimization.
• Experience with server‑side programming and API development for PLM systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced PLM engineer with deep expertise in configuration and delivering customization and support for Teamcenter, Windchill, or 3DX applications to strengthen our growing team in Utrecht. As a key member of our PLM team, you will be responsible for supporting, managing, and further developing our customers' PLM environments. You will work hands-on and possess expertise in one or more of the mentioned PLM solutions from Siemens, Dassault, or PTC, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Maintenance, support, and improvement of PLM solutions within the customer organization.
• Configuration and customization of modules based on business needs.
• Collaboration with customers to gather requirements and design effective technical solutions.
• Development and updating of technical documentation, such as configuration manuals and best practices.
• Providing training and workshops to end users and technical teams.
• Analysis and resolution of complex issues to ensure stability and user satisfaction.
