Oracle Business Applications Consultant

• A HBO or WO degree in IT, business administration, or a similar field and at least B2-level Dutch

• Experience as an Oracle ERP Consultant, for example with Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud

• Substantive knowledge of one or more Oracle ERP modules, such as Finance, Supply Chain, or HR

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions

• You communicate clearly, work independently, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues and clients

• A permanent contract and a salary between €3,000 and €6,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). The exact grading depends on your experience and the role;

As an Oracle Business Applications Consultant, you help organizations get the most out of their ERP landscape. You translate business processes and needs into smart Oracle solutions and ensure that systems align optimally with the organization's goals.

You work with Oracle ERP solutions such as Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud and are involved in implementations, optimizations, and further development. In doing so, you communicate directly with clients, think along regarding functional choices, and guide them in the use of their ERP solutions.

In your role, you are a trusted sparring partner for both clients and colleagues. You analyze complex issues, advise on improvements, and work together with other consultants and technical teams to realize robust, future-proof solutions.

You get energy from improving business processes with smart ERP solutions. You think analytically, switch easily between business and IT, and know how to translate complex issues clearly into workable solutions. You feel comfortable in client contact and take responsibility for your advice and results.

You will join the Oracle Business Applications practice of Sopra Steria. A team in which substance, collaboration, and knowledge sharing are central. You will work together with experienced consultants on ERP issues for clients in various sectors, from optimization to implementation and further development.

You will be given the space to deepen your knowledge of Oracle ERP solutions and expand your expertise. With guidance from colleagues, challenging projects, and access to the Sopra Steria Academy, you will purposefully continue to build your role as a trusted advisor for our clients.
