IT Application Engineer

• Mbo-4 or hbo working and thinking level in an IT field
• Experience with Microsoft 365 management, including users, rights, and policies
• Knowledge of Azure and technical application management
• Experience with Topdesk or similar management tools
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude

For this position it's necessary to speak the Dutch language fluent.

• A gross monthly salary of € 3,046 to € 4,686, depending on your knowledge and experience

• Holiday allowance (8%), a year-end bonus, and participation in the pension scheme at ASR.

As an IT Application Engineer, you are the subject matter expert in the field of Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and Copilot. At the same time, you are a full member of the Application Engineers team and contribute to the management of business-critical systems. You ensure that colleagues can rely on stable, secure, and high-performing applications. In doing so, you look beyond just the technology: you identify opportunities for improvement and help the organization work smarter and more efficiently. As an IT Application Engineer, you have a direct influence on the digital support of healthcare processes and business operations.

• Managing, optimizing, and further developing Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and Copilot
• Handling incidents, changes, and requests via Topdesk
• Advising colleagues on Microsoft solutions and new functionalities
• Collaborating on projects regarding cloud platforms, identity & access management, and information security
• Monitoring, documenting, and improving the stability, performance, and security of systems
