Receptionist/Telephone Operator - Relief Staff Min. 4 Hours

We are looking for relief staff who can support us occasionally. Within the reception, the schedules and holidays are known in advance, so as a relief colleague, you can see in advance which space in the schedule is available for you to work. If there is a bit less work, there is the possibility to provide relief at another Saffier location.

Residents, visitors, and suppliers feel welcome with you. As a receptionist/telephone operator, you are responsible for telephony and mail and perform light administrative tasks. In the WoonZorgPark Loosduinen, there is a small shop for our residents. You ensure that the shop is in order and are responsible for handling payments at the cash register. You also supervise the fire and fault alarms.

WoonZorgPark Loosduinen is a small-scale care center with assisted living apartments, one- and two-room apartments, and all kinds of facilities that are also accessible to the neighborhood. This ensures there is always life and conviviality. In Loosduinen, older people whose memory is declining to a light or stronger degree are also welcome. In the Molenzicht and Westcamp wings, residents live independently, but extra structure is provided if needed. In the Schelpenhof department, elderly people with a dementia indication live in a closed setting.

• Loosduinen shopping center is located around the corner. You can easily do your daily shopping before or after work

• We are easily accessible by public transport

• Within walking distance of the green Madestein

• You address visitors and our residents with a smile 

• You enjoy making calls and have an enthusiastic and good telephone voice 

• You speak Dutch well and have experience working as a receptionist/telephone operator

• You possess computer skills

• You enjoy keeping the small shop in order and handling payments

• You are flexibly deployable for both day and evening shifts, both during the week as well as on weekends and public holidays 

• A contract as relief staff initially for one year. With good performance, with a view to permanent employment

• Salary in FWG 25 VVT collective labor agreement, depending on knowledge and experience, up to max. €20.66 gross per hour

• Irregularity allowance
