IWG

IWG (International Workplace Group plc) is a provider of flexible workspace solutions, offering office space, coworking, memberships, virtual offices, meeting rooms and workplace recovery services. The company describes itself as the world's number one workspace provider, helping 8 million people across six continents work flexibly, and operates in more than 120 countries and 1,000 cities.

Its centres are staffed by customer-facing community teams — Community Associates and Community Managers — who deliver service to customers and visitors, drive occupancy and conduct tours, with structured training programmes and defined career paths from entry-level roles to managerial positions. IWG also works with franchise partners, property brokers, commercial landlords and referral partners, and positions itself as a leading enabler of the shift to hybrid working.
