As part of the Front Office team, you are the first point of contact for our international guests, from check-in to check-out.

06:45 You have changed and arrived in the back office with a cup of coffee. Your night shift colleague handles the handover. You note down the action items
07:00 You begin your checklist and stand ready behind the desk with your brightest smile to help the first guests
08:00 You have checked today's arrivals and communicated any specifics to the Desk Manager and other departments
10:00 Between phone calls, you handle incoming emails and work your way through the 'morning rush'
12:00 Enjoy a nice lunch with your colleagues from other departments
13:00 You check if there are any more guests checking out and continue with the checklist until it is finished
14:00 You ensure the handover is updated for the late shift and begin counting the cash register and wrapping up your shift
14:45 The late shift has arrived and you can begin the handover
15:00 Off home!
