As a receptionist, you are the visiting card of our client in Nieuwegein. From the reception, you are the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and colleagues. With your welcoming appearance, you ensure that everyone feels immediately welcome.
You receive visitors, answer telephone calls, and connect them to the correct department. Additionally, you manage the central mailbox and calendar and handle the mail. No two days are the same: a visitor checking in, a last-minute reservation for a meeting room, or a phone call that needs to be transferred quickly - you maintain an effortless overview and arrange it all with a smile. Thanks to your service-oriented attitude and organizational talent, everything at the reception runs smoothly and you contribute to a welcoming reception every single day.
You will be working in a fun team of reception, cleaning and catering staff, handymen, and a team leader. Because we want to be able to replace each other if necessary, you will be employed as an all-round facility employee.
