Telephony Operator

Are you someone who loves helping people and makes contact easily? As a telephony operator at Nefkens Amersfoort, you are the link between the customer and the internal departments of Nefkens. You answer phone calls, transfer customers, and ensure they reach the right colleague. With your friendly and professional way of communicating, you make the difference. You will work 27 hours per week in 3 days or 36 hours per week in 4 days on weekdays. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a pleasant customer experience and good service.

You answer incoming phone calls and transfer customers to the right colleague. You listen attentively, ask follow-up questions if necessary, and ensure correct handling. Even when it is busy, you maintain an overview.

• You help customers on their way and ensure their question reaches the right colleague;
• You perform light administrative tasks for other departments when time permits.

You find it important that customers are helped well. You listen attentively, communicate clearly, and remain friendly, even when it is a bit busier. You switch easily between calls and colleagues and maintain an overview when the phone is ringing frequently. You understand that every moment of contact contributes to the experience customers have with Nefkens.

Since 1878, Nefkens has been a mobility provider with 16 locations in the central and southern Netherlands, including Amersfoort, Utrecht, Den Bosch, Tilburg, and Eindhoven. We work with 10 brands: Peugeot, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Opel, Alfa Romeo, Abarth, Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, and Leapmotor.
At Nefkens, we work with a dedicated team spread across our locations. The telephony team consists of 10 colleagues. Together, we ensure that customers are helped well and professionally and that the telephony department runs smoothly.
