At IHC Piping, we are looking for a Projects & Services Manager who will play a key role in the further growth, professionalization, and development of our organization. A leader who gets energy from building teams, developing people, and realizing sustainable improvement.

This is not a position in which you manage an existing situation. This is a position for someone who wants to make a visible impact.

As Projects & Services Manager, you will be part of the management team and will be responsible for the further development of our projects, installation, and service organization.

You will lead five direct reports, including the supervisors of our installation and service organization, and will therefore be indirectly responsible for a larger operational organization.

In the coming years, we will invest further in:

• Growth within defense, yacht building, and the energy transition;
• Expansion of our service activities;
• Further digitalization and professionalization;
• Development of our people and leaders.

In the coming years, three strategic challenges will be central.

IHC Piping is growing in, among others:

• Defense
• Maritime & Superyacht Building
• Industry & Offshore
• Water & Energy

You will ensure that capacity, organization, processes, and leadership grow along with these ambitions.

Service forms an important strategic growth pillar for IHC Piping.

You will play a key role in further expanding this business by:

• Further professionalizing maintenance, repair, and modification work;
• Developing long-term customer relationships;
• Expanding recurring revenue streams;
• Further developing new services such as 3D scanning, measurement, and lifecycle support;
• Identifying and utilizing commercial opportunities together with the team.

Success in this position is not determined by specialist knowledge of piping or by the number of years of experience.

Success is determined by leadership, developmental power, and the ability to move organizations forward.

You possess:

• HBO or WO working and thinking level;
• An education in, for example, Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar;
• Leadership experience within operations, projects, or production;
• Experience within a professional technical or industrial environment;
• Experience with organizational development, professionalization, or change processes;
• Demonstrable responsibility for people, performance, budgets, and operational results.
