At Anvast, you get the space to work independently, take responsibility, and further develop yourself within a growing organization. You work in a small and entrepreneurial team with short lines of communication, a lot of trust, and experienced colleagues to brainstorm with.

At the same time, you get a broad view of Asset management, with a strong focus on sustainability and ESG, and you work on interesting real estate projects in the Netherlands, Belgium, and beyond. You get the chance to grow with Anvast and, in the long term, independently bear responsibility for your own portfolio. In doing so, you get all the space to take initiative, take responsibility, and grow with an organization that is in full development.

W&S agencies, we will call you if we need you!

The role

Do you want to combine real estate, technology, and sustainability in a role where you receive a lot of responsibility and truly have influence on how a portfolio develops?

As an Asset Manager at Anvast, you will work on an international real estate portfolio and get the chance to apply your experience broadly. From technical and sustainable improvements to renovation projects, commerce, and value creation: you are involved in the full spectrum of asset management. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gradually gain more ownership. What begins with supporting and participating, grows into independently bearing responsibility for your own portfolio, which you manage from A to Z. Meanwhile, you will grow along with a small, entrepreneurial organization with short lines of communication and a high level of trust.

A great step for a real estate professional who has already taken several steps and is ready to take on more responsibility and grow into an independent Asset Manager.

Ready to further realize your ambitions? Then we would love to meet you!

  • You work on the sustainability and technical development of real estate and monitor the progress of ESG objectives.

  • You contribute to multi-year maintenance plans, budgets, and Capex decisions, while maintaining a sharp eye on costs.

  • You analyze real estate performance and contribute to business plans, reports, and value creation.
  • You safeguard the quality and compliance of the real estate portfolio, including energy labels, certificates, and inspections.
  • You support technical and commercial due diligence during potential acquisitions.

  • Experience with the sustainability of real estate and an interest in ESG.
  • Experience with project management and the ability to distinguish between main and secondary issues.
  • An accurate and structured way of working, with an eye for detail and costs.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently, even when multiple matters are occurring simultaneously.
