What you'll get

A salary of € 2,716 per month based on 40 hours per week.
Fixed working hours from Monday to Friday (enjoy your free time on the weekend!), you work from 7:30 to 16:00 or from 11:00 to 19:30
You receive 25 vacation days per year (based on full-time employment) and have the possibility to purchase up to two extra working weeks. This allows you to fill your free time flexibly.
You receive 8% holiday allowance on top of your salary, and this is paid out automatically every month, making it very clear!
Your pension is arranged via BPF Metaal & Techniek. Louwman pays 17.7% of the premium and you contribute 10.28%. This way, we build your future together.
You receive a net travel allowance of € 0.23 per kilometer. Do you come by bicycle? Then you benefit from extra favorable conditions: you receive € 0.30 per kilometer. Good for your health and your wallet.

What will you do?

We operate from three locations in Raamsdonksveer. For our branch on the Ramgatseweg, we are looking for a driven Warehouse Worker Batteries.

As a Warehouse Worker, you are the indispensable link in our warehouse. Loading, unloading, order picking, or testing batteries: you are not afraid to get your hands dirty. Thanks to your extensive knowledge of logistical processes and your efficient working style, you ensure together with the team that everything runs smoothly.

In short: you are an important player in our process! With us, you get the chance to realize your ambitions, and your ideas on how we can do things better are always welcome.

What do we ask of you?

You are driven, enthusiastic, and enjoy a joke. Additionally, you know how to get things done. Furthermore:

you have a completed MBO education in logistics;
it is a plus if you possess a forklift and/or reach truck certificate;
you are a true team player.
