The role

As a Junior Service Advisor at Louwman Mercedes-Benz, you are an important point of contact for our customers. Together with experienced colleagues, you ensure that every customer feels welcome and leaves with a good feeling. You will get the chance to learn the profession of service advising in practice and to develop yourself step by step.

You don't need to know everything yet. If you are customer-oriented, enjoy working with people, and have an affinity for trucks or the automotive industry, we will teach you the rest. With good guidance and training, you will grow into a fully qualified Service Advisor.

What you'll do

As a Junior Service Advisor, you support the experienced service advisors and act as the link between the customer and the workshop. You will learn how to guide customers from arrival to the delivery of their truck and how to ensure an excellent service experience.

Your duties include

Welcoming customers hospitably.
Listening to the customer's wishes and, together with an experienced colleague, translating these into clear work orders.
Informing customers about the progress of maintenance and repairs.
Supporting the scheduling of appointments and the daily workshop planning.
Collaborating with mechanics and colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Learning to advise on maintenance, repairs, and additional services.
Contributing to a pleasant customer experience from start to finish.

What do we ask of you?

You are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and enjoy being in contact with customers. You get energy from variety and like working together in a team. Experience as a Service Advisor is not necessary; we find your motivation at least as important.

Additionally:

Do you have an affinity with the transport and/or automotive industry?
Are you customer-friendly, representative, and communicative?
Do you work accurately and in a structured manner?
Are you willing to further develop yourself through training?
Do you live within a 40 km radius of Gilze?
Do you have a sense of humor and a positive attitude?

You are flexible when the customer requests it and understand that good service sometimes requires just that little extra step.
