As a Service Advisor at Louwman Mercedes-Benz in Tilburg, you are the first face our customers see and the one they remember. You provide a warm welcome, sincere attention, and a service experience that matches the level of Mercedes-Benz.

A customer immediately feels at ease with you. You listen, think along, and provide clear advice. Whether it concerns maintenance or a quick question: you ensure everything is clear and perfectly arranged. Thanks to you, the customer knows one thing for certain: my car is in good hands.

And perhaps most importantly: you derive your satisfaction from satisfied customers. In fact, you only become truly happy when your customer is too. That is exactly what characterizes you.

You are the connecting factor between the customer and the workshop, but also between the various departments within the branch. It is precisely that role that gives you energy: switching gears, coordinating, and ensuring that everything comes together seamlessly for the customer.

You start your day together with your colleagues, coordinate the planning, and ensure you are prepared for everything that comes your way. During the day, you receive customers, listen to their stories, and guide them from arrival to departure. You keep them informed, provide transparent advice, and ensure that expectations are not only met, but exceeded.

Your role in short:

• You receive customers in a welcoming and professional manner

• You connect customers, the workshop, and colleagues, ensuring everything comes together smoothly

• You listen attentively and translate wishes into clear agreements

• You proactively keep customers informed of the progress

• You provide honest and clear advice, including regarding additional possibilities

• You ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience from start to finish

You get energy from contact with people and switching between different parties. You know better than anyone how to connect people and ensure everyone is on the same page. And at least as importantly: you can sense exactly what a customer needs, sometimes even before they know it themselves.

Additionally:

• Do you have an affinity with the automotive industry (technical depth is less important)

• Are you representative and a strong communicator?

• Do you work in a structured and careful manner?

• Do you consider collaboration to be a matter of course?

• Do you live within a 40 km radius of Tilburg?

• And do you have a sense of humor, at the right moments of course!
