• Salary €3,431 to €4,196 gross (40 hours, depending on experience, CAO)

Fietsvoordeelshop.nl continues to grow! For our location in Rotterdam we are looking for an entrepreneurial Store Manager with a passion for bicycles and customer experience. Are you ready to lead a team, make a store flourish, and make a difference yourself? Then you are the one we are looking for!

As Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of your branch in Rotterdam. You ensure that the store always looks top-notch and that the assortment perfectly matches the needs of your customers. Together with your team, you provide every customer with a great shopping experience and build a pleasant, motivating work environment in which everyone feels at home and can grow. You not only keep customer satisfaction high but also ensure good sales results and a streamlined operational process.
Your tasks mainly consist of:

• Leading and coaching: You motivate and develop your team, create staff schedules, conduct (performance) reviews, and offer guidance where necessary.

• Ensuring quality of service: You ensure that every customer feels welcome and leaves with the right bicycle and service.

• Achieving sales targets: You strive for the best sales results and are always looking for ways to improve store performance.

• Inventory management and process optimization: You ensure a well-stocked store and take the initiative to improve systems and processes within the store.

• Innovation and collaboration: You share your knowledge with other branches and come up with creative ideas to make the store even more attractive to customers and the team.
