As Assistant Service Coordinator Security Technology, you ensure that service and planning run efficiently.

• Coordinating and prioritizing malfunction reports

• Scheduling technicians for malfunctions and repairs

• Maintaining contact with customers regarding planning and progress

• Processing work orders, hours, and materials for invoicing

• Monitoring quality, service, and customer satisfaction

• Identifying bottlenecks and improving processes

• An MBO-4 diploma in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field

• Experience in a service department is a plus

• Affinity with security technology

• Strong communicative and organizational skills

• Stress resistance, flexibility, and customer orientation

• A proactive attitude and the ability to maintain an overview
