For the Real Estate Collateral & Valuation (REC&V) team, we are looking for a Team Manager who leads a team of real estate and valuation specialists. The REC&V team is part of the Credit Risk Collateral Centre and is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of commercial real estate appraisals within ABN AMRO. The team assesses appraisals, manages external appraisal partners, and oversees compliance with internal policy frameworks and external regulations. The outcomes form an important basis for credit decisions, risk management, and capital requirements.
As Team Manager Real Estate Valuations, you lead a team of specialists that safeguards the quality of commercial real estate appraisals. You organize processes in a smart and controlled manner, so that colleagues can focus on their expertise. You improve the operation, stimulate digitalization, and maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders. In doing so, you maintain a sharp eye on quality, risks, capacity, and results.
