Manager Data & Technologie - Public Operations

• You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience within data, digitalization, technology, or transformation issues, preferably in consultancy.
• You have experience leading multidisciplinary teams and projects at the intersection of business, data, and IT, preferably in the public sector.
• You have knowledge of themes such as data analytics, AI, data governance, information provision, digital transformation, or process optimization.
• You are a strong stakeholder manager and know how to translate administrative ambitions into concrete results. You have excellent command of the Dutch and English languages and have an affinity with public organizations.

• A suitable salary for your role and responsibility, depending on experience and qualifications. Plus, a good pension. Good for the future. In addition to your salary, you will also receive holiday allowance and an annual bonus (depending on results and development).
• You will receive a contract for 32-40 hours per week
• A laptop and phone that you may also use privately and a monthly internet allowance.

As Manager Data & Technologie, you lead complex improvement and change trajectories within public organizations. You translate administrative ambitions into concrete solutions and guide organizations in the deployment of data, digitalization, and technology to improve their performance and service delivery. You manage multidisciplinary teams and act as a strategic partner for clients. In doing so, you connect policy, execution, information provision, and technology into workable solutions. Additionally, you play an active role in the further growth of our services, the development of propositions, and the guidance of consultants in their professional development.

Our office in Amsterdam is located in the Zuidas: a vibrant place where many companies are established. In our Cross Towers, no fewer than 1,500 people are welcomed every day upon arrival.
