The role

At KPMG, you get plenty of room to develop yourself. You will follow an extensive training program and receive guidance from a Development Manager who helps you with your personal growth and career. Additionally, a buddy is ready to help you find your way in the world of KPMG and our TechLaw & Privacy team. We are not only strong in content, but also a social team where there is room for drinks and personal connection.

As a TechLaw consultant, you will work on challenging issues at the intersection of law and technology. You support experienced colleagues in advising clients in both the corporate world and the public and financial sectors, and you delve into diverse topics such as GDPR, AI Act, DSA, DMA, DORA, NIS2, IP law, and other tech regulations.

In this role, you work at the intersection of law, technology, and innovation — a domain in which digitalization offers enormous opportunities to ensure the quality, accessibility, and reliability of digital services. You help organizations gain control over complex laws and regulations and translate these into practical solutions.

Collaboration is central: you always work in a team with colleagues of different levels, and proactivity is second nature to you. You enjoy delving into complex legal and technological issues, even if you do not yet have all the experience. You dare to ask for help, quickly make connections, and above all, have a lot of enthusiasm for digital laws and regulations and advisory work.

Functie-eisen

  • Curiosity to embrace new ways of working through the use of AI and other new technologies.
