The role
Are you in the final stages of your law studies and curious about the legal side of technology, innovation, and digital transformation? Then a student internship at our Tech Advisory product group is the opportunity for you.
During your two-month internship:

Within this product group, we advise clients on legal issues at the intersection of technology, innovation, and commerce. You will work on technology-driven transactions and strategic advisory processes regarding digital transformation, data, platforms, cybersecurity, IT outsourcing, and technology contracts.
The work is often transaction-oriented and cross-border. Technology plays an increasingly large role in commercial collaborations, investments, and business models. You will learn how legal expertise is deployed to guide clients through complex technological developments and innovative projects.
What you'll do
- you will be fully involved in practice;
- you will be guided by a mentor and a buddy;
- you will work on real files.
- drafting notes, advice, and correspondence;
- conducting legal research;
- attending meetings and hearings;
- translating legal documents.
