Corporate Law and/or Employment Law Jurist – WNT

Additionally, you ensure that these clients comply with the Senior Officials' Remuneration Act (WNT). You ensure that this audit is performed correctly. A close-knit team works with much energy and enthusiasm in an informal and pleasant atmosphere to further develop the team and the legal practice. The legal team has an extensive portfolio of healthcare institutions, local governments, social organizations, and housing associations.

As a Corporate Law/Employment Law WNT Jurist, you support the more Senior Jurists working within the existing Legal Public Sector practice. You work together on corporate and/or employment law WNT matters and you are enabled to build your own practice. Additionally, thought is also given to your own development. You will receive good guidance and get the best out of your talent via the BDO Tax & Legal Talent Academy.

Your duties include, among others:

• Conducting advisory meetings with the client, either independently or together with a Senior Jurist. 
• Auditing institutions that fall under the WNT.
• Drafting advisory memos regarding the WNT.
• Participating in professional technical consultations.
• Collaborating with colleagues from other disciplines within BDO.
