What are you going to do?

As a work planner, you play an essential role in the planning, organizing, and coordinating of various projects at the client. To ensure that the projects are executed as efficiently as possible and within the set deadlines, you are in close contact with various other roles, including project managers, engineers, and site managers. In this way, you contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes and procedures and ensure the continuity of the process. You are therefore the essential link in the successful execution of projects!

As a work planner, your tasks will include:

• Drawing up project schedules and work methods
• Collecting and analyzing necessary information for projects, such as drawings, costs, safety, and materials
• Inventory management of all installation parts
• Requesting and managing necessary permits and certifications
• Monitoring the progress of projects and identifying any bottlenecks

As a work planner, it is important that you are a true planner. You can keep all the balls in the air, maintain an overview, and set priorities. Additionally, we are looking for someone with the following characteristics:

• You have a completed HBO/WO (higher professional/university) degree in engineering
• You keep your cool in stressful situations
• You have knowledge of SAP
• You work in a structured manner
• You are not afraid to make your voice heard and are proactive
• You are communicatively skilled and a true team player
