At Ivy Global, our engineers build advanced AI models and applications for industry and the energy transition. To ensure these tools always perform securely and quickly at customer locations, we are building a scalable Google Cloud infrastructure. And for that, we are looking for you.

In this role, you will take charge of the configuration, security, and migration of our Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Because you already bring experience with GCP from your studies, projects, or previous internships, you know how to deploy applications and AI models stably into production.

Security is paramount here. You ensure that identity management (IAM), data security, and network structures are correctly configured from day one (security-by-design). Additionally, you enjoy bringing your teammates along in cloud best practices and working together to take the architecture to a higher level.

You will work from our office on the TU/e campus in Eindhoven. Ivy Global operates according to the Semco organizational structure. This means we work without a classic hierarchy, where autonomy, personal responsibility, and mutual trust are the guiding principles.

You will be part of a driven team of AI engineers. As a technical specialist in the field of cloud infrastructure, you will be the central point of contact for questions regarding architecture and security. • Practical experience with GCP: You have demonstrable experience with the Google Cloud Platform, gained during your technical HBO/university studies, challenging side projects, a relevant part-time job, or internship.
• Sharp focus on Cloud Security: You have knowledge of GCP security best practices (think of IAM, network security, encryption, and compliance) and understand the importance of security-by-design.
• Practical cloud knowledge: You know how to migrate code, data, and AI models stably and scalably to a live cloud environment.
• Proactive & Knowledge Sharer: You are assertive, take the lead in configuring the infrastructure, and enjoy transferring the knowledge you have acquired to your teammates.
• Studying or recently graduated: You are pursuing a relevant technical HBO or university degree (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, or System and Network Engineering) or have recently graduated.
