Your Role

As a Medior Projectengineer/Consultant, you are the face of Ivy Global to our clients. You are not only technically proficient but also communicatively strong. You fathom complex issues in the fields of IT, Data, Sustainability, or Asset Management and translate these into concrete action plans. Because you already possess the necessary work experience, you will immediately take on a leading role:

• Project Management & Coaching: You see opportunities to expand projects. You lead teams of ambitious students, monitor progress, and act as a mentor and quality controller.
• Strategic Consultancy: You advise clients at a tactical and strategic level regarding process improvements, efficiency, and innovation.

You are active at the foundation of operations within leading organizations. Think of:

• Optimization: Implementing maintenance methodologies at large industrial players (such as breweries) to eliminate production loss.
• Asset Management: Helping companies gain control over costs and performance through Software Asset Management.
• Sustainability: Making an impact in the energy transition by making energy flows transparent and directly tackling waste.

Our office on the Amstel is the home base for a close-knit team of Account Managers, Project Managers, and Recruiters. You are an entrepreneurial personality with a healthy dose of social intelligence. You easily approach people—from technicians to board members—and are naturally curious.

• Experience: You have a minimum of 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience in a technical or consultancy environment.
• Education: HBO/WO (Bachelor's/Master's) working and thinking level.
• Soft Skills: You are socially strong, people-oriented, and possess a healthy drive to prove yourself.
• Mentality: You are innovative, love freedom, and like to take the initiative.
• Extras: You possess a B driver's license.

At Ivy, we work according to the Semco style: we have no traditional managers. You determine your own course and bear full responsibility.

• Salary: A market-conform salary from € 3,800 to € 4,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours), matching your experience.
