You have at least an MBO 4 diploma, HBO working and thinking level and approximately 5 years of experience in work preparation or a coordinating role. Preferably within electrotechnics or infra.

You maintain an overview, communicate easily, and do not get unsettled when the planning suddenly changes. You have technical insight, work accurately, and find it important that everything is well arranged.

Experience with traffic control systems or RAW specifications? That's a great bonus! But even if you come from another technical environment and are ready for a new challenge, we would love to meet you.

You will come to strengthen us for 40 hours per week. In exchange, you get space to work and to grow. For your place with us as an innovative, European market leader in traffic technology, you receive:

• A salary appropriate between 3389,- and 5899,- depending on experience.
• A working week of 36 to 40 hours, in consultation.

As a work preparer, you are the connecting link between the preparation and execution of our projects in Northeast Netherlands. You ensure that technicians know what they are getting into, materials arrive on time, and projects run smoothly.

From planning and procurement to communicating with suppliers, clients, and colleagues. You maintain control over costs, quality, and progress. You see bottlenecks coming and arrange a solution before execution grinds to a halt. But you look further than just your own planning. Can it be smarter, faster, or better? Then we would love to hear your ideas!
