AI-Consultant / Project Engineer

• Education: You have a completed Master's in AI, Computer Science, or a technical study (e.g., Physics/Business Administration) with a strong AI component.
• Technical Expertise: You have experience with training/fine-tuning models. Our stack (Python, FastAPI, Next.js, GCP) is familiar territory to you, or you are determined to master it at lightning speed.
• Soft Skills: You are communicative, rock-solid, people-oriented, and have the drive to pioneer.
• Mobility: You are flexibly deployable throughout the Netherlands and enjoy traveling regularly to the Amsterdam or Eindhoven regions for team meetings. You possess a Category B driver's license.

At Ivy, we work according to the Semco style: we have no traditional managers. You determine your own course and bear full responsibility.

• Salary: A market-conform starting salary around € 3,450.- gross per month (based on 40 hours), whereby we are happy to discuss your specific experience and expertise.

You are given free rein to bring AI within our projects from infancy to maturity. You are the brain that translates complex AI architecture into practical solutions for industry, IT, and the energy transition.

• AI Architecture & Development: You build, train, and fine-tune models that truly make a difference. You write clean code in Python and set up scalable back-ends with FastAPI. You ensure that the technology works for the client through smart integrations in our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.
• Front-end & UX: You understand that AI only has value if it is usable; therefore, you do not hesitate to (further) develop interfaces in Next.js.
• Innovation with GenAI: You apply the latest techniques in the field of LLMs and Computer Vision to automate complex business processes.
• Strategic Advice: You sit at the table with the client. You advise them (on location throughout the Netherlands) on how AI can optimize their processes and subsequently implement this with your team.
• Pioneering: You independently research new technologies. You do not wait for an assignment, but you see opportunities and seize them.

You are an entrepreneurial personality with a healthy dose of social intelligence. You are a self-reliant technician who enjoys the freedom to leave your own mark on the organization. You approach a technician in a factory just as easily to understand a process as you do a business owner to present your AI strategy.
