Your role

As a production planner, you are an important link between the customer, sales, production, and purchasing. You translate customer inquiries into a manufacturable and efficient production process and supervise orders from inquiry to delivery. In doing so, you continuously keep an eye on quality, delivery time, and cost price.

You have a connecting role in the heart of the organization. Through frequent contact with both internal departments and customers, you contribute directly to a smooth process and a satisfied customer.

Your primary duties:

• You support the sales department with order drawings and technical input.
• You determine the optimal production method, work sequence, and machine times.
• You translate customer wishes into an efficient and manufacturable production approach.
• You enter orders into the ERP system and monitor planning, costs, and progress.
• You supervise projects from inquiry to delivery.
• You maintain contact with customers and internal departments regarding technical issues and the progress of orders.
• You perform post-calculations and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• You make an active contribution to digitalization and automation projects within the organization.
