Medior DevOps Engineer

• At least 4 years of experience in a DevOps or software development environment.
• Experience with CI/CD orchestrators such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions, including managing complete pipelines.
• Practical programming skills (preferably Python) to develop maintainable automation code - not just scripts.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible or similar).
• Understanding of software engineering principles and good communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and the drive to continuously improve.

• The willingness to use modern technologies, such as AI, as soon as they are relevant to your solution.
• Knowledge of containers (Docker or Podman) is a plus.

• A gross salary in the range of 3,500.- euro and 5,500.- euro, excluding 8% holiday allowance and excluding a mobility allowance of 800.- euro per month (based on a 40-hour contract).

As a Medior DevOps Engineer at Capgemini Engineering, you will work on building, expanding, and improving DevOps solutions. You will be involved in setting up, optimizing, and automating CI/CD pipelines while working within existing DevOps architectures.

You support development teams by translating technical requirements into stable, scalable, and repeatable DevOps solutions. In close collaboration with developers and IT, you contribute directly to smooth and reliable software delivery.

Your daily activities:

• Setting up, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment processes.
• Building and further expanding DevOps solutions within existing technical frameworks.
• Automating infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code, for example using Ansible.
• Identifying repetitive tasks and converting them into smart automation.
• Aligning DevOps solutions with developers and IT regarding functional and operational requirements.
