Project Assistant Asset Management & SAP

• 16 hours per week, duration in consultation

Imagine that your accuracy and technical insight contribute directly to a flawlessly running machine park. As a Project Assistant Asset Management & SAP, you will get to work on taking the complete maintenance management to a higher level.

You will accurately map out the complete machine park, with a focus on extruders, at the installation and component level. You will do this by actively going onto the shop floor and coordinating technical information with operators and maintenance technicians. You will enter all this data in a structured manner into the SAP system to enable preventive maintenance. Additionally, you will inventory all mandatory and legal inspections within the company and coordinate the requirements with the department heads.

You will set up a central overview within the maintenance department, so that all inspections and maintenance moments take place on time. With your administrative and organizational support, you will be the connecting link between Maintenance and the rest of the organization. • You are following a technical or business administration HBO or WO degree.
• You have an affinity with data management and experience with or interest in SAP.
• You possess excellent communication skills to easily switch with the shop floor.
• You are proactive, assertive, and independently seek out information.
• You are accurate in administrative processes and have strong organizational skills.
