Medior ServiceNow Consultant

• You are communicatively strong and switch easily between business and IT.

• You command the Dutch language at a minimum of B2 level.

Technical knowledge 

• At least 2 to 5 years of experience with ServiceNow.  

• Experience with one or more modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.  

• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile/Scrum methodologies.  

• Experience with configuration of workflows, Flow Designer, and integrations.  

• Familiar with JavaScript/TypeScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL.  

• In possession of CSA certification; additional certifications are a plus.

• You work together with developers, architects, and international teams on innovative solutions.
