Senior Manager Retail & Products

• Completed university master's degree.

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience, including several years in strategy consulting or digital transformation projects.

• Strong management and communication skills; you know how to connect stakeholders and activate C-level clients.

• Strong analytical ability and conceptual thinker.

• In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics; a relevant Industrial, Logistics, and/or CPG network is desirable.

• You develop advanced business models and long-term strategies.

As Senior Manager Retail & Products, you will help our clients in the Industrial, Logistics, Wholesale, and FMCG sectors to become (digital) leaders. You will guide them in making their strategies and propositions more customer-centric. Whether it is designing a new omnichannel strategy or developing an innovative delivery concept: you ensure that our clients transform and remain relevant.

In doing so, you work with multidisciplinary teams specialized in data & analytics, technology, and organizational and digital transformation. You understand the strategic aspects of business change and know how to challenge others to think outside the box.
