(Senior) Manager Industry

What you bring
• A HBO or WO degree.
• 8–10 years of experience in the Industry domain (specifically: utilities, logistics, or telecom).
• Proven experience in delivering projects and programs within the Industry domain.
• Experience as an advisor, project manager, program manager, or change manager.
• 3–5 years of experience with commercial responsibility as part of your work, for example with tenders, quotes, or expanding client relationships.
• A network at organizations such as Tennet, Alliander, Enexis, Stedin, Prorail, NS, Schiphol, KPN, or Vodafone.
• Experience with project and contract management.
• You have demonstrable experience with topics such as asset management, digital twin, and AI within the Industry domain. 
• Certifications in the fields of Scrum/Agile, PRINCE2, IPMA, and preferably PROSCI.
• You speak and write Dutch well.

It is a plus if you also have:
• Experience with data and AI programs in the Industry domain.
• Experience in multi-vendor or international environments.
• Experience with knowledge sharing and building a community.

• A permanent contract and a gross monthly salary between € 6,000,- and € 7,500,- based on full-time employment (40 hours per week);

As (Senior) Manager Industry you are a substantive leader who is actually in the field and helps clients realize their strategic ambitions.

About the role
This role revolves around substance, delivery, and collaboration. You switch between management, operations, and technology. You help clients with their digital ambitions and ensure that plans actually land. You bring people along, build trust, and maintain oversight.

What will you do?
You will work on assignments for utility, logistics, and telecom accounts. You help clients with digital transformation, often in an environment with many dependencies and interests. You do this as an advisor, project manager, program manager, or change manager, among other roles.

Your most important tasks:

So, you do not only work on commerce. You work primarily on substance, relationships, and results. That is the core of this role.

• You ensure the good delivery of projects and programs.
• You lead assignments and maintain oversight of planning, quality, and agreements.
• You manage contracts and suppliers in multi‑vendor situations.
• You build sustainable relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor.
• You contribute to winning assignments, tenders, and framework agreements.
• You create solutions and quotes that match the client's needs.
• You help our Industry team grow, both substantively and as a community.
