As a Senior Consulting Manager, Mortgages, you will make an impact by leading complex, multi-workstream transformations and shaping client agendas across the Benelux region, combining deep mortgages domain expertise with commercial, delivery and people leadership in a technology-agnostic environment. You will be a valued member of the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Consulting team and work collaboratively with our ecosystem of clients, alliances, start-ups and design agencies, and clients.
• Lead programmes or multiple workstreams and take responsibility for outcomes, commercial aspects, and governance. Shape roadmaps, operating models, investment cases, and decision-making at the executive level.
• Build trusted relationships at a senior level, lead multidisciplinary international teams, identify opportunities, lead proposal processes, and strengthen market propositions.
• Advise clients on residential mortgages, buy-to-let, refinancing, interest-only mortgages, and annuity products. Assess and redesign processes for advice, affordability, valuation, acceptance, completion, servicing, arrears, and redemption.
• Translate objectives into requirements for processes, data, controls, and technology within mortgage lending and servicing, CRM, workflow, document management, decision engines, APIs, and digital channels. Define the supporting data requirements and controls.

Experience with Dutch or Benelux financial-services organisations and knowledge of the Dutch supervisory landscape and relevant EU regulation for the subdomain.
