In this role, you will work at the intersection of business and IT. You will help organizations make their processes, systems, and services future-proof. In doing so, you will not only be advising, but you will also participate in the actual implementation of solutions. You will investigate how processes work, translate customer needs into concrete solutions, and ensure that developers, testers, and business stakeholders successfully realize changes together.

Your duties include:

• Analyzing customer needs and business processes.

• Gathering, elaborating, and documenting business requirements.

• Writing user stories for development teams.

• Translating business issues into technical solutions.

• Designing processes and system functionalities.

• Executing and supervising testing.

• Collaborating with developers, testers, and other consultants to successfully implement changes.

In this role, you will primarily work for organizations in the pension sector, such as pension funds, pension providers, and insurers. This might not be the sector you immediately think of when it comes to innovation and digital transformation. Yet, something unique is happening here right now. Due to the introduction of the new pension system, the entire sector is facing one of the largest changes in recent decades. All involved organizations must redesign processes, renew systems, and migrate enormous amounts of data to new platforms. That is exactly where you come in. Unlike many traditional consultancy roles, where projects often last only a few months, you will work long-term with clients within this department on complex implementations. It is not uncommon to be involved in the same transformation for longer than a year. As a result, you see not only how a solution is conceived, but also how it is built, tested, implemented, and ultimately used daily by thousands of people.

You don't need to be a developer. However, you are curious about technology, systems, and the way organizations work. You enjoy understanding complex information and can easily switch between different stakeholders.

• An educational background in, for example, Business Administration, Business IT & Management, Technical Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, or a similar field.

• Has excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and in English;

• Has the ability to quickly master complex subject matter;

• Gets energy from solving complex issues;

• Enjoys working together with clients and various stakeholders;

• You want to become an expert at the intersection of business and IT.

• You have an affinity for pensions and IT.
