Senior Technical Property Manager - Logistics

For our fast-growing logistics portfolio, we are looking for a Senior Technical Property Manager. In this role, you will be the technical sparring partner for clients, tenants, and colleagues, and you will play an important role in optimizing real estate performance, sustainability, and user experience.

You will work within a multidisciplinary account team and are responsible for the technical management of high-quality logistics real estate assets. In doing so, you will receive a great deal of freedom, responsibility, and space to contribute ideas regarding innovative solutions and improvements for our clients.

As a Senior Technical Property Manager, you are responsible for the technical management of a real estate portfolio and act as an advisor, coordinator, and strategic partner for clients and tenants.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing multi-year maintenance plans (MYMPs), maintenance budgets, and management reports.
• Coordinating and managing maintenance activities performed by external suppliers and contractors.
• Requesting, evaluating, and negotiating quotes and maintenance contracts.
• Initiating and supervising planned maintenance, renovation, and sustainability projects.
• Advising clients on technical issues, real estate performance, and investments.
• Monitoring safety, sustainability, and compliance requirements.
• Managing and updating safety and sustainability files.
• Performing inspections, handovers, and condition assessments of buildings.
• Handling malfunctions, damages, and technical issues.
• Preparing and managing service charge and owner budgets.
• Maintaining relationships with tenants, suppliers, and clients.
• Identifying commercial and technical opportunities within the real estate portfolio.

You will be part of an account team consisting of, among others, Account Managers, Facility Managers, Technical Assistants, and Financial colleagues. Together, you will work on maximizing the value of our clients' real estate portfolios.

You are an experienced technical real estate professional who takes ownership, sees opportunities, and enjoys interacting with various stakeholders.

In addition, you possess:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience within Technical Property Management, Asset Management, or a similar environment.
• Mbo+ or hbo working and thinking level with a completed technical education.
• Knowledge of building installations, maintenance management, and real estate processes.
• Experience with budgets, multi-year maintenance plans, and supplier management.
• A strong focus on sustainability, safety, and quality.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
• Strong communication, commercial, and organizational skills.
• A proactive, customer-oriented, and solution-oriented attitude.
• The ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
