Senior Project Manager - Real Estate Construction

You are a professional who shows ownership, knows how to build relationships, and gets energy from realizing complex projects.

In addition, you possess:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in real estate project management, construction management, or housing projects;
• HBO or WO level of work and thinking, preferably with a completed degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Facility Management, or a similar field;
• Strong organizational and analytical skills;
• A proactive and result-oriented attitude;
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Administrative, political, and relational sensitivity.

To expand our real estate team, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager.  

As a (Senior) Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful realization of real estate projects. You represent the interests of the client, bring diverse stakeholders together, and ensure the achievement of project objectives regarding time, cost, quality, performance, and risks. Therefore, you are not only responsible for the project result but also act as a sparring partner and trusted advisor to the client.

Your responsibilities include:

• Representing and advising clients throughout the entire project cycle;
• Drafting project plans and decision-making processes;
• Leading multidisciplinary project teams;
• Monitoring schedule, budget, quality, risks, and project objectives;
• Managing internal and external stakeholders;
• Reporting on progress, risks, and performance;
• Guiding tenders and selection processes;
• Creating support for and realizing project results.

As a Senior Project Manager, you contribute not only to projects but also to the further development of Turner & Townsend. You maintain client relationships, identify new opportunities within existing clients, and support tenders, propositions, and acquisition processes.

Depending on your experience, you will guide and coach less experienced colleagues. You share knowledge, contribute to their development, and help train the next generation of project managers.
