What we're looking for

A completed Master's degree (e.g., Health Informatics, Health Economics, Biomedical Technology, Technical Business Administration, Technical Medicine, or similar)
At least 5 years of relevant work experience within healthcare consultancy
Experience in leading projects, managing, and training colleagues
A strong relevant network within the healthcare domain
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both oral and written
Strong analytical and conceptual skills; you can communicate complex issues clearly
Affinity with digitalization, data exchange, and systems development
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a curious attitude
A drive to continuously improve and make an impact together

The role

Are you the entrepreneurial connector who can help us further with our clients and our growth ambitions?

As Manager Health at IG&H, you will work on strategic and digital transformations for leading healthcare organizations in the Netherlands. You will advise healthcare providers, insurers, MedTech companies, and national healthcare networks on their most urgent challenges. You will also help us by leveraging your network within healthcare to initiate new healthcare digitalization projects.

What you'll do

What will you do?

As a full-fledged manager, you will participate in projects revolving around strategy, digital innovation, and change. Together with your project team, you will help clients improve their healthcare processes, become more patient-centered, and operate in a future-proof manner. You will independently take on (sub)projects and act as a sparring partner for both colleagues and clients.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

Developing strategies and propositions at the intersection of healthcare and digitalization
Guiding digital transformation processes and change initiatives
Customer and market analysis, stakeholder management, drafting advisory reports, and presenting solutions
Working on policy and implementation regarding data exchange, interoperability, network care, and data availability
Contributing commercially to the growth of the Health team within IG&H
Close collaboration with disciplines such as Business Engineering, Data & AI, and Transformation, as well as with other IG&H companies such as Alii, Beter Healthcare, and MLC.

You will work partly on-site at the client's location and partly from our office in Utrecht, where you will also actively contribute to our internal expertise development and propositions.
