Within IG&H, we are looking for someone who can form a clear vision on how IT is evolving and how it serves as the engine of transformation. A glimpse of your responsibilities:

• You analyze business strategies and support the development of digital strategies for our clients.

• Translating business strategy into IT objectives.

• You conduct market analyses to provide our clients with insight into trends.

• Determining which systems, platforms, and technologies are needed to achieve business objectives.

• You will help prepare workshops, analyses, and presentations for clients.

• You actively contribute internally to the development of the team and the safeguarding of knowledge.

As a Junior IT Strategy Consultant, you will learn to formulate IT strategies and determine the direction of IT so that the organization can achieve its goals better, faster, and more cost-effectively. You will have the opportunity to help many organizations with this issue in various locations through short, cyclical trajectories. In addition to your commitment to projects, you will also be part of the further development, growth, and professionalization of our team.

You will work on challenges such as:

• Recalibrating an existing digital strategy for a healthcare provider where the emphasis lies on interoperability.

• Developing an AI strategy and a concrete action plan for a wholesaler to transform it into an automated digital operation.

• Performing M&A assessments and providing insights into the risks and investments required for a successful acquisition.

• Developing a Multi-Cloud strategy with cloud sovereignty as a core theme.

• A master's degree in Computer Science, Technical Business Administration, Business & IT, Information Management, or a similar field of study.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience within IT, consultancy, analysis, architecture, or digital transformation.

• Interest in the latest digital trends, Cloud technology, digital transformation, and business-IT issues.

• Basic knowledge of formulating IT strategies and conducting market analyses.

• Strong analytical skills and a curious attitude.

• The ability to structure complex information and communicate clearly.

• Good collaboration skills and a proactive attitude.

• Excellent oral and written command of the Dutch and English languages.
