As Teamlead Support & Technology Services, you provide direction to a team of professionals that supports government organizations daily in the use of digital solutions. You ensure structure, connection, and development - of both people and processes. Make these opportunities your work!

As Teamlead Support & Technology Services, you lead the Social Domain support team to assist customers with digital government services. In addition to leading the support team, together with the Manager Customer Services in the business unit, you ensure that the support consultants can perform their work as well as possible. You are the driving force behind effective personnel planning and strong team staffing within the support organization. What else do you do?

• You report on SLA and Insocial scores to the business units

• Together with your fellow team leaders and process management, you ensure that the process is executed in the same way across the various business units

• You coach and develop team members in their role and growth

• You monitor the quality of service and manage based on customer satisfaction

• You collaborate with other departments such as development (R&D), Project & Consultancy (PS), and account management to map out the entire chain.

• You identify opportunities for improvement and share these within support and with the business unit
