Work Preparer Water Treatment

Working on technology that you don't encounter everywhere? As a work preparer at Hellebrekers, you will contribute to adjustments, replacements, and sustainability efforts, particularly for swimming pool projects. From calculation to material procurement and from planning to project administration: you maintain the overview and ensure that everything is well prepared.

As a KZM (small business market) work preparer, you will work on diverse projects within Water Treatment. Think of municipal swimming pools, sports complexes, and wellness resorts. You work for many different clients and no single building or technical installation is the same; it is precisely that variety that makes your work interesting!

You are the point of contact for the project manager, technicians, suppliers, and subcontractors when it comes to the water treatment installations. You assess the activities, prepare quotes, purchase materials, and ensure that everyone has up-to-date information regarding orders, delivery times, and prices. You also make agreements at the project level and contribute to the completion of the project by being actively involved in the project evaluation. On an average workday:

• You develop the design and create a complete execution design;

• You make calculations and quotes;

• You select assembly materials and order them;

• You check drawings and calculations;

• You make technical calculations, such as extra and less work calculations;

• You draw up a schedule, stating at what time which activities must be performed and which people must be available for them;

• You provide guidance to technicians and subcontractors on the project;

• You ensure clear project administration.

You also work accurately and like to learn new things. We do not expect you to know everything already, as long as you dare to ask when you are stuck. Furthermore, we would like to see:

• A completed MBO education in a technical direction;

• Work experience in technology is a plus.

Your new workplace

You are part of the Water Treatment department and you will work from our location in Oss. The Brabant coziness is clearly palpable here (Bossche bollen or sausage rolls regularly appear at the office). You work closely with the project manager and also with colleagues from the Mechanical Installations and Electrotechnics departments.
