• Relevant completed technical education at HBO (Higher Professional Education) level;

• A number of years of experience as a senior technician or job preparer, preferably in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industry;

• Broad professional knowledge of production equipment and installation such as, e.g., control technology, pneumatics / hydraulics, CIP/SIP process, freeze-drying process;

• You possess good analytical and organizational skills, you are resilient, and you communicate clearly with stakeholders both internally and externally:

• Experience with work permit processes and the planning of maintenance shutdowns;

• Continuous attention to the areas of quality, safety, and compliance;

• Knowledge and work experience with SAP PM and/or MS Projects is a plus;

Technical Job Preparer / Planner

Your main goal as a job preparer is to ensure optimal reliability and technical availability of the various production machines. You will do this within a cleanroom environment where safety and quality are highly valued. Within the Maintenance & Reliability department, you ensure the maintenance and management of all production lines and process equipment. You are responsible for the efficient preparation, coordination, and delivery of maintenance work on production equipment and peripheral equipment with the aim of optimal usability and reliability within the set production, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), and business goals.

• You are an expert in the field of maintenance and technology for equipment and systems;

• Analyzing the maintenance process, monitoring guidelines and procedures, and making improvement proposals to increase the technical availability of our process installations;

• Planning and discussing work to be carried out with the internal customer, Maintenance Support Engineer and/ or M&R lead;

• Coordinating, directing, and preparing the work for Maintenance Technicians, and you independently maintain contacts with external parties, coordinating and supervising their work;

• Advising and supporting (the execution of) maintenance and investment projects;

• Advising on technical aspects and providing input when drafting changes;

• Writing procedures and ensuring accurate documentation and maintenance plans.
