Together with housing corporations, you work on smart renovation and sustainability solutions that ensure more living comfort, better energy performance, and affordable investments.
You translate ambitions into concrete plans and guide projects from preparation to execution. As a result, you see your ideas actually being realized and have a direct influence on the end result. You are involved in both the planning and the execution and receive a lot of freedom, responsibility, and space to further develop yourself. The more responsibility you can handle, the more opportunities you will get to grow.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
"What I love about this work is that you truly make a difference for residents. Every home we improve ensures more living comfort and lower energy costs. You don't do this alone, but together with a compact and dedicated team in which we collaborate a lot, learn from each other, and celebrate successes together." Mike Geurts, Work Preparer Renovation & Sustainability.
You will be working within our Value Core Renovation & Sustainability: an ambitious and growing team with a healthy dose of humor, in which collaboration is a matter of course and in which we build long-term relationships with clients and execution partners. Within our dynamic working environment, you will work on a wide diversity of projects. The lines are short, the atmosphere is informal and familial, and there is plenty of room to develop yourself. This gives you every opportunity to utilize your potential and fulfill your ambitions.
Together with our clients, we improve and make existing homes sustainable so that residents can live more comfortably, more energy-efficiently, and in a future-proof manner. In doing so, we do not only think along about the execution, but we also advise on smart investments, maintenance strategies, and sustainability measures.
