Work Preparer

As a Production Planner, you are a very important pivot in the project. As soon as a project becomes an order, you start with the preparation. The project manager maintains contact with the client and the production planner coordinates the activities for the factory. You check technical drawings, you ensure that molds and reinforcement are available in a timely manner, and you are the first point of contact in case of problems.

You monitor budget and planning and, if necessary, you ensure intervention. You see opportunities and you master risks. Working in a structured manner is in your genes. • Preparing the procurement of items needed for production (such as molds, reinforcement, facilities);

• Determining the optimal manufacturing method for the elements to be produced in consultation with the production departments and drawing up the production planning;

• Checking technical drawings for manufacturability;

• Preparing the production in the ERP system;

• Monitoring the budget and signaling deviations;

• Recording contract deviations.

•  A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in construction or civil engineering or an equivalent level of work and thought;

• A number of years of relevant experience;

• You are communicatively skilled, work accurately and in a structured manner;

• Excellent skills in the field of planning and organizing.

• A market-conform salary of € 3000 to €4900 depending on age and experience;
