Work Preparer

As a production planner at Hellebrekers, you can let your technical heart sing! In this role, you arrange everything for the maintenance of unique installations and can apply both your technical knowledge and creativity. This is what you will do
Together with the team, you are responsible for the management and maintenance of building-related installations and water treatment installations at approximately 30 to 40 locations (mainly swimming pools and sports halls). As a production planner, you have a coordinating and supporting role and ensure that the field service can carry out the work effectively at customer locations.

You are the point of contact for both the customer and your colleagues in the field service. You build sustainable relationships with our customers while simultaneously keeping an eye on the interests of the technicians. Additionally, you organize the work and register the financial status of the contracts. In doing so, you continuously take into account both customer satisfaction and the interests of Hellebrekers.

From emergencies to regular maintenance; quite a lot happens on an average working day. You communicate daily with your colleagues in the field service, the central planner, and the contract manager. Through your production planning, the field service can perform the work with the correct information and materials, and the customer is kept informed of the planning, activities, and performance. In short; without production planning, we cannot do the work! Your most important tasks summarized:

• You translate the customer's request (for example, a fault report) into a technical solution.

• You select and order assembly materials.

• You maintain the contract administration, issue and process work orders, and prepare customer reports.

• You have contact with customers and you facilitate and advise them.

• You support the management and guidance of the field service and project suppliers.

• You assess fault reports and monitor the progress and completion of the fault solution.

• You are involved in the planning of our field service and provide support in the absence of the planning department.

You are eager to learn, customer-friendly, and have an eye for detail. For every problem, you search for a suitable solution. And if you don't have the answer? Then you know who to go to to find it. You have a proactive attitude in tackling tasks and enjoy seeking collaboration with others. Furthermore, you have:

• an MBO diploma (preferably in a technical field) or an MIT education;

• a background in (installation) technology, preferably in the field of mechanical or electrical engineering;

• experience with ERP software and/or project administration (a plus).
