Electrical Engineering Work Preparer

From execution to the next step.
Are you ready for a new challenge, but don't want to let go of technology? Then this might just be your next step!

This is what you will do
As a work preparer, you remain involved in the projects, just from the other side of the table. You ensure that technicians can start work well-prepared, the right materials are present on time, and everyone knows what needs to be done. Thanks to your practical experience, you quickly see what is needed and contribute ideas for smart solutions.

You work together with project leaders, technicians, suppliers, and colleagues from other disciplines. You create the planning, arrange assembly materials, and think along about technical solutions. All so that the execution runs smoothly. You don't need to be able to do everything immediately. More important is that you have technical insight, think ahead, and enjoy organizing things properly. We are happy to teach you the rest. In short: a great opportunity to grow, to apply your practical knowledge, and to play an important role in the success of our projects.

What you bring with you
You are a team player who loves variety and switches easily between different tasks. You enjoy working together with your colleagues, are stress-resistant, and work accurately. Furthermore, we would like to see:

• Work experience in electrical engineering;

• A completed MBO education in the direction of Electrical Engineering.

Are you enthusiastic but your education or experience doesn't quite match? Even then, we would like to meet you and look at the possibilities together.

Because you matter…
As a work preparer at Hellebrekers, you can count on:

• an informal working atmosphere and involved colleagues;

• 38 days off per year (25 vacation days + 13 ADV days);

• the possibility to work full-time or part-time (32 hours);

• an annual contract with a view to permanent employment;

• travel allowance for commuting;

• a good pension scheme via PMT;

• annual profit sharing;

• plenty of variety in your activities, because no project is the same;

• plenty of development and training opportunities;

• nice extras such as leasing an electric bike or mountain bike at a discount;

• the possibility of collective health insurance;

• fun outings and activities such as the summer party, barbecue, Christmas drinks, pub quiz, sports events, and the annual ski trip;

• cozy Friday afternoon drinks to ring in the weekend.
