This assignment runs for a longer period, 28 hours per week, at one location in Capelle aan den IJssel. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constantly re-onboarding.

That is possible, and your irregularity allowance simply continues. A weekend shift yields up to €41.39 per hour.

You will be working within a residential care facility where nine clients with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities live. Each resident has their own support needs: some clients are still largely independent, while others require intensive guidance and full support with daily care. The majority of the residents are aging, which means care needs may change and guidance is continuously tailored to their needs.

Within the location, a safe, homely, and personal living environment is central. Together with a dedicated team, you provide clients with the support they need to maintain as much quality of life and autonomy as possible.

Your duties include

• Guiding clients during daily activities and providing structure
• Performing ADL activities, from support to full takeover of care
• Working with active and passive lifting equipment where necessary
• Identifying changes in health, behavior, and care needs and responding to them adequately
• Collaborating with colleagues and other disciplines to provide the best possible care and guidance

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

• Salary in accordance with CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, job group 45: €3,052 to €4,262 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience.
• 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night, and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore earns up to €41.39 per hour.

• A completed diploma in Level 4 Support Worker or Nursing
• Experience with ADL care and providing person-centered guidance
• Experience working with lifting equipment is a plus
• A flexible, independent, and professional working attitude
• Experience within disability care is a plus
