• Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
• 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

This assignment runs for a longer period, 24 to 28 hours per week, at one location in Wijk bij Duurstede. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.

You will be working within a residential care facility in disability care, where clients with diverse support needs reside. The guidance is focused on creating a safe, homely, and predictable living environment, connecting as much as possible to the client's possibilities and wishes. Together with a dedicated team, you will provide person-centered care and guidance, with an eye for quality of life, independence, and well-being.

As a support worker, you support clients in their daily lives and contribute to a safe, stable, and pleasant living environment. The duties include:

• Guiding clients through daily activities and providing structure
• Performing ADL tasks and assisting with transfers using a hoist
• Administering medication and supporting clients with epilepsy
• Identifying changes in behavior, health, and well-being and acting appropriately upon them
• Collaborating with colleagues and other disciplines to provide appropriate care and guidance

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

• Your BHV (Emergency Response), administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy.
