What you'll get

Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.
Your BHV (Emergency Response), administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy.
A contract with fixed hours and a schedule that you know in advance.

The role

This assignment runs for a longer period, 35 hours per week, at one location in Nootdorp. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.

What you'll do

The activities take place within a small-scale residential facility where clients live with a severe to moderate intellectual disability and an intensive support need. The location combines living and day activities, ensuring clients are supported in a familiar environment throughout the entire day.

Work is carried out based on a clear daily structure and a methodical approach, in which safety, development, and increasing self-confidence are central. You always work together with a colleague, so there is room to consult and support each other in complex situations. You will be deployed for day, evening, and night shifts, no sleep shifts.

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

What you will do

The activities consist of, among other things:

Supporting clients individually and in groups and providing structure and safety
Performing ADL tasks and administering medication according to protocol
Identifying changes in behavior, well-being, and health and acting adequately upon them
Providing de-escalating support to clients during difficult-to-understand behavior and aggression
Collaborating with colleagues and other disciplines to create a stable and safe living environment

Does this suit you?

An mbo diploma for support worker level 3 or 4
Experience with clients with a severe to moderate intellectual disability and difficult-to-understand behavior
You are resilient, remain calm in challenging situations, and can act in a de-escalating manner
Experience with complex behavioral issues and aggression
Proficient in ADL support and medication administration
You are good at observing, identifying, and reporting
Experience within disability care is a plus
