What we're looking for

A relevant completed healthcare diploma at mbo level 3 or 4
Experience with administering medication
Knowledge of and experience with diabetes care
Knowledge of and experience with epilepsy
A valid BHV certification
You provide structure, clarity, and predictability and tailor your guidance to the individual needs and abilities of the client

What you'll get

That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour.

Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.
Your BHV (Emergency Response), administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy.
A contract with fixed hours and a schedule that you know in advance.

The role

Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?

This assignment runs for a longer period, 24 to 32 hours per week, at one location in Dordrecht. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.

You will be working within a residential setting for clients with a mild intellectual disability. The clients have various support needs and require guidance that aligns with their level, abilities, and personal needs.

What you'll do

Within the support, structure, predictability, and stimulating independence are central. In addition to daily guidance, there may be medical points of attention, including diabetes and epilepsy. Together with the team, you will ensure a safe and trusted living environment in which clients are given the space to do as much as possible themselves and to further develop. Your duties include:

Guiding clients during daily activities and providing structure and clarity
Stimulating independence, development, and personal autonomy
Administering medication and providing appropriate support for diabetes and epilepsy
Observing and signaling changes in behavior, health, and well-being
Collaborating with colleagues and other stakeholders to provide appropriate guidance and care

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.
