The role

description

Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?

That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour.

This assignment runs for a longer period, 32 hours per week, at one location in Spijkenisse. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.

You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.

It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.

What you will do

The activities take place within a small-scale residential facility for clients with a mild, moderate, or severe intellectual disability and complex support needs. The guidance is fully tailored to the individual needs, possibilities, and developmental goals of each client. Structure, predictability, proximity, and an unconditional support relationship are central. Work is carried out based on personal support plans and in close cooperation with relatives and practitioners. The team consists of expert professionals who are dedicated daily to a safe, warm, and development-oriented living environment, in which clients maintain as much control over their own lives as possible.

As an assistant, you support clients in their daily lives and development. The activities include:

  • Providing guidance and support with living, daily activities, and daily routines
  • Creating structure, predictability, and emotional safety
  • Identifying changes in behavior and well-being and responding appropriately
  • Supporting ADL (Activities of Daily Living) tasks where necessary and stimulating self-reliance
  • Collaborating with colleagues, practitioners, and relatives to align guidance with individual support needs

You build a bond with the same clients and you see the results of your guidance. You work according to a schedule that you know in advance.

You will be employed on a secondment basis by GOED. and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.

What you earn

  • Salary in accordance with CAO Disability Care, job group 40: €2,893 to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 guide, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month.
  • 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.

How it works when you apply

  1. You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
  2. You will hear from us within one working day.
  3. You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
  4. In a follow-up interview, we will discuss your wishes and your experience.
  5. You will get access to your own GOED. environment.
  6. You receive your agreement, in black and white.
  7. You choose your first shift.

What else you get

  • Your BHV (Emergency Response), administering medication, and aggression regulation are free of charge, provided by GOED.academy.
  • A contract with fixed hours and a schedule that you know in advance.
  • One permanent position, so that you truly get to know your clients.
  • Holiday pay, vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and pension accrual.
  • If this assignment ends, we will look for the next one. You do not need to apply again.

Does this suit you?

  • You have an MBO level 3 or 4 diploma as a care assistant
  • Experience within disability care is a plus
  • You have experience with complex behavioral issues within disability care
  • You can work methodically and person-centered and are strong in observing, identifying, and reporting
  • You work well with relatives, practitioners, and colleagues
  • You offer calm and structure, can work in a de-escalating manner, and connect well with the client's perception of the world
