Requirements
What we're looking for
It saves us both time: without a completed diploma in healthcare or welfare, we cannot do anything for you. Our clients simply will not place you in a group then. Which diploma you need is listed under Is this for you. A foreign diploma counts as soon as Nuffic or IDW has evaluated it.
The role
Do you want a permanent position and a permanent team, with the certainty of a good employer?
This assignment runs for a longer period as night care, 32 hours per week, at one location in Heemstede. You will become part of the team. No changing faces, no constant retraining.
You will hear from us within one working day. Always, even if it is a no.
How you'll work
That is possible, and your irregularity allowance continues as usual. A weekend shift yields up to €37.89 per hour.
What you will do
You will be working within a facility for adults aged 18 and over with moderate to severe intellectual, social, and/or physical disabilities. Clients may also have an auditory or visual impairment or use a wheelchair or walker.
During the day, clients participate in experience-oriented day activities and various activities that align with their abilities and world of experience. However, your commitment takes place during night shifts. During the night, the emphasis lies on providing peace, safety, proximity, and appropriate support to the clients.
You will supervise, identify irregularities, and be available when a client requires support during the night. In this regard, it is important that you can connect well with the individual care and guidance needs of clients and can act independently when the situation requires it.
You will build a bond with the same clients and see the results of your guidance. You will work according to a schedule that you know in advance. You will be employed by GOED. on a secondment basis and work for the client. Your salary, your contract, and your guidance are managed through us.
What you earn
- Salary in accordance with CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, job group 40: €2,893
to €3,902 gross per month for 36 hours, or €18.49 to €24.93
per hour. Amounts as of September 10, 2026. Scaling depends on your diploma and your experience. If you work as a level 3 assistant, you fall into job group 35: €2,597 to €3,635 per month, or €16.59 to €23.23 per hour.
- 8% holiday allowance and irregularity allowance: 22% in the evening, 47% at night, and 52% on the weekend. A weekend shift therefore yields up to €37.89 per hour.
How it works when you apply
1. You submit your application. Short and powerful is fine.
2. You will hear from us within one working day.
3. You schedule your own online introduction, at a time that suits you.
4. We will discuss your wishes and your experience in a follow-up interview.
5. You will receive access to your own GOED. environment.
6. You will receive your agreement, in black and white.
7. You choose your first shift
What else you receive
